Please use this secure page to upload the documents and photographs we need for your Spanish vehicle registration. Clear, complete files help us prepare your registration correctly and avoid unnecessary delays.

Please upload scans or good quality photos of your vehicle documents and identification.

Proof of Address

Please also upload one of the following:

  • Escritura / Nota Simple (house deeds)
  • Rental Contract
  • Padrón

Vehicle Photos

Please upload clear, good quality photos of the following:

  • Photo of each side of the vehicle
  • Scan or photo of the EU Certificate of Conformity, if you have one
  • Photo of the manufacturer sticker showing the vehicle weights. This is usually located on the door pillar.
  • Photo of each tyre showing the tyre size, load rating and speed rating

Headlights / Rear Lights

If you have a UK registered vehicle, it is likely that the headlights will need to be realigned or replaced.

Fortunately, we can realign most headlight units, which is significantly cheaper than purchasing replacements.

We will also need to check that your vehicle has either:

  • Dual rear fog lights
  • A rear fog light on the left
  • A single central rear fog light, if standard for your vehicle

In the first instance, please upload separate photos of your headlights and rear lights.
