Transfer of Vehicle Ownership
Complete the form below with the buyer, seller and vehicle details, then upload the supporting documents. Once submitted, our team will check everything and email a completed Sales Agreement to both parties for electronic signature, together with a payment link for the buyer.
Before You Submit
Have ready the buyer and seller ID, proof of address where required, and the vehicle documents such as the Permiso de Circulación and Ficha Técnica.
Check the Details Carefully
Small errors in names, NIE numbers, addresses, sale price or registration details can delay the transfer, so it is worth double-checking everything before pressing submit.
We Review Everything
Once the form has been received, our team will review the submission and contact you if anything further is needed before preparing the agreement and payment link.
Consider a Vehicle Check First
Before buying a vehicle in Spain, we strongly recommend obtaining a vehicle search to check for taxes, embargoes, finance or other issues that could prevent the transfer from being completed.
For added value, the cost of the vehicle search can be deducted from the transfer price if you go ahead with the transfer through us.
After You Submit the Form
Submission Checked
We review the form and documents to make sure the transfer can move forward correctly.
Agreement & Payment Link Sent
We email the completed Sales Agreement to both parties for e-signature and send the payment link to the buyer.
Transfer Completed
Once everything has been signed and paid, we process the transfer and confirm when it has been finalised.
What’s Included
The transfer service typically includes handling the ownership change process, digital confirmation where applicable, and issue of the new Permiso de Circulación once completed.
Where eligible, we can also include a free environmental sticker and courier delivery of documentation to an address in Spain.
