Shipping Requirements

The following documents must be provided in advance of collection:

1. A photo / scanned copy of Passport
2. A copy of V5 Logbook / Vehicle Registration Document

Vehicle Collection

Whilst we will always try to collect the vehicle from your location, this is not always guaranteed as our international transporters are large HGV's and cannot access all areas.

In particular if your vehicle is located within the M25 it will be necessary to arrange collection outside of the M25.

Roof Boxes

Roof boxes must be removed prior to collection and stored within the vehicle and a key left in the vehicle to allow Customs to check the contents if required.

Payment Options

A deposit payment must be paid at the time of booking with payment of the balance as follows:

balance paid in cash on collection
balance paid in cash on delivery
balance paid by bank transfer in advance of delivery

Delivery Schedule

Your vehicle will normally be delivered within 7 days from the date of collection / loading date, but this can vary if there are delays with Ferries, Customs or Traffic etc. We will normally call you 24 hours and one hour before delivery.
